Our Additive Marking Serializer is integrated into the backend of the CO-AM platform. Should a user want “traceability” as a value-adding element of their product, they can select our module and have unique item identifiers integrated into their part or batch. A key benefit here for volume production is that our fully integrated, unique identifiers highlight the location of each component in (for example) a nested build job. Insights can then be generated around the build quality of parts in different sections of the build chamber behave, which can then be used by the customer to monitor component quality: the customer is then able to reach an optimal production configuration which can be repeated indefinitely.
